Tasting at Signorello Estate
We welcome guests to visit our hillside vineyard and taste the flavors of our estate wines. Hosted in small groups by an attentive Estate Ambassador, every visitor experiences a short walking tour of our vineyard and crush pad prior to a seated tasting our wines.
We also believe that all wine and food is made substantially better and more memorable when carefully matched with each other. Equipped with a full-sized professional kitchen stocked with gourmet meats, artisan cheeses and vegetables fresh from our gardens, our Estate Chef Britny Sundin creates dishes harmonized to bring out the subtle nuances in our wines.
Reservations are required for all three of our tasting options. Please see below for a description of each experience and the dates/times they are offered.

Signorello Estate Tasting Experiences
This leisurely experience starts with an estate wine paired with an appetizer prior to your vineyard tour. Return to our Enoteca and enjoy four more delectable courses. Your Estate Ambassador will guide you through our estate wines, including our highly acclaimed Padrone Cabernet Sauvignon. Chef Britny will explain her pairing philosophy and describe her food creations featuring Snake River Farms* American Kobe Waygu Beef and other culinary delights. This is a wine and food experience unlike any other in the Napa Valley.
2 hours. Wednesday – Sunday at noon. Maximum group size is 10 people. $175 per person.
Our Piattini, which translates to “small plates” in Italian, provides a taste of Signorello from cellar to kitchen. Your Estate Ambassador will lead your tasting of five Signorello wines, including our highly acclaimed Padrone Cabernet Sauvignon. Each will be perfectly paired with bites prepared daily by our Estate Chef, featuring Snake River Farms* American Kobe Wagyu beef and other culinary delights.
90 minutes. Wednesday – Sunday at: 10AM, 11:30AM, 1PM, 2:30PM, 3:30PM. $110 per person.
Your Estate Ambassador will lead you through a tasting of five estate wines, including our highly acclaimed Padrone Cabernet Sauvignon, paired with a selection of artisanal cheeses, cured meat and nuts.
90 minutes. Monday – Tuesday at 10AM, 11:30AM, 1PM, 2:30PM, 4PM ; Wednesday-Sunday at 1PM and 4PM. $65/person.
Enoteca Signorello is pleased to partner with Snake River Farms, the largest supplier of American style Kobe Wagyu beef, for this new experience. Known as the “best beef in America,” this American Kobe Wagyu beef is a perfect complement to our Bordeaux style Cabernet Sauvignons.
Sit down and relax indoors in our Saloné del Padroné, a private tasting room that seats up to 10 people for an intimately hosted wine and culinary experience.
Wednesday-Sunday by appointment only. Please arrive 15 minutes early and allow 2 hours. $175 inclusive of tax and gratuity. 48 hour advance notice for cancellation. Private terrace luncheons also available. Please contact the winery for more information.
Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 12 hours prior to your visit to cancel or reschedule an Antipasti reservation. The Enoteca Signorello & Piattini Signorello reservations require 48 hour advance cancellation notice. Failure to do so will result in full charge of the booking.
