Enoteca Signorello, the crown jewel of Signorello Estate, is unlike any other tasting experience in the Napa Valley. After a walking tour of our estate vineyards, you’ll be seated in our Saloné del Padroné for a hosted food and wine pairing with a knowledgeable and attentive Estate Ambassador. Each course, prepared by Executive Chef Britny Sundin, pairs perfectly with each Signorello Estate wine, bringing out the subtle nuances in our wines that can only be experienced when paired with food.
Reservations available Wednesdays through Sundays at noon. Enjoy a flight of five current and reserve wines paired with four delectable courses prepared by our Executive Chef, and featuring Snake River Farms American Kobe Wagyu beef.
Enoteca Signorello is pleased to partner with Snake River Farms, the largest supplier of American style Kobe Wagyu beef, for this new experience. Known as the “best beef in America,” this American Kobe Wagyu beef is a perfect complement to our Bordeaux style Cabernet Sauvignons.
