We welcome guests to visit our hillside vineyard and taste the flavors of our estate wines. Hosted in small groups by an attentive Estate Ambassador, every visitor experiences a short walking tour of our vineyard and crush pad prior to a seated tasting our wines.
We also believe that all wine and food is made substantially better and more memorable when carefully matched with each other. Equipped with a full-sized professional kitchen stocked with gourmet meats, artisan cheeses and vegetables fresh from our gardens, our Estate Chef Britny Sundin creates dishes harmonized to bring out the subtle nuances in our wines.

Enoteca Signorello is pleased to partner with Snake River Farms, the largest supplier of American style Kobe Wagyu beef, for this new experience. Known as the “best beef in America,” this American Kobe Wagyu beef is a perfect complement to our Bordeaux style Cabernet Sauvignons.
Sit down and relax indoors in our Saloné del Padroné, a private tasting room that seats up to 10 people for an intimately hosted wine and culinary experience.
